Meet Ramsha

For the past eight years, I’ve been traveling on a spiritual path, pondering truth, meaning and fulfillment. It all started in the summer before my third year of college, when I was first exposed to the art of reflection on my prayer mat, in Bayside, New York. Spirituality, and specifically my connection to God, was something I deeply struggled with. I wanted proof for His Existence, and pored over endless research articles, connecting the dots outside of my organic chemistry class.

Even when I graduated from Baruch College with honors in Biology and Psychology, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. The traditional path in my family was medicine, which I reluctantly prepared for. In 2020, after years of confusion, failures and doubt — between both

God and myself, a compelling inner voice whispered. It was one that I could not ignore, and it was one that pushed me to write a book in six days, from start to finish. Its title? Submission: The Theory of Everything. This book became my guide, to take my power back from other people, and protect myself from a career of dissatisfaction. In fact, that was the summer I was applying to medical school, even when in my heart, I knew that it wasn’t the field for me.

In the time after my book was published, I became free — from doubt, confusion and anxiety, with my faith, relationships and career. God Revealed my path to me. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I was frustrated by the gaps in our current education system. School wasn’t really teaching us tools that would help us in real life, in our relationships or our connection with our Creator.

Since this could lead to a generation with mental and spiritual health issues, I wanted to be part of the solution. I decided to go back to school to become a therapist, and design fun, high energy and safe-space programs to help. I am currently in my top program as the only Southasian and Muslim graduate student, determined to break barriers and build bridges between spiritual and mental health. My goal is to be a spiritual scientist, using consciousness as the primary tool for healing mind, body & soul.

Over the years, I have both designed and led transformative programs to motivate children and adults, both men and women, to believe in their ability to change, refine their communication skills, set healthy boundaries and realize that they were always enough. Recently, I have also been invited to British Muslim TV as a guest speaker on the Single Muslim show. My secret sauce is in sharing a safe space with you: to just be, yourself.

After spending nearly a decade on my path to Truth, my calling is to enable you to realize that all the answers you seek are within you. The peace, freedom & dream relationships are what God Wants for you, too. We accomplish this together by enabling you to listen to your intuition & create tangible, lasting change using proven roadmaps.

My drive for creating positive impact as a heart-based coach stems from being a believer, encourager, author, striver and wife, as well as a daughter, big sister, intensely curious researcher, and a lover of tea and Sufi poetry!

I am passionate about proactive change. By working together, I aim to reignite the fire of your soul, and save your most precious resources of time and energy by redirecting them to your home — within.

If you are looking to get unstuck in your relationships or career, release unhealthy patterns and build a marriage that makes you feel safe, or be a conscious, confident change-maker, let’s work together. I am seeking you, too.
